My track bike shod with the original green cyclo cross tyres that  came with my blue Peugeot cyclo cross bike many years ago. Bought this bike back in June 2004 from a bike shop opposite Snowdonia in Wales. Basically the last sort of bike I expected to see in that terrain. As it was I had been thinking for a long time to get one. This cost £350 ,right size, right price, even the colour was right for me,another souvenir from a holiday because that is what I was on at the time wih my wife.

Relatively cheap bike for competition cro-mo tubing coupled with budget priced accessories, gone are the days when the sky was limitless in attaining the highest priced bikes etc!Then again it was never the equipment that needed changing!
