The whys and the where fores, appertaining to the useage of the word Horseshoe through out everything involved on the website and business interests.Basically this stems from my Grandfather Harry Holmes who worked as a farrier ( Blacksmith)  with his father at the beginning of the 20th century. He then set up his own business taking the association of the shoeing of the horses as his company name in the 1920`s  called Horseshoe Coaches. Subsequently when it closed down in 1991, I felt in the circumstances that the name Horseshoe should be carried on in one way or another. Consequently the Horseshoe symbol and the word is used or abbreviated where appropriate to fit in with my business interests. Hence the website title,the organisation, cycle clothing, decals, etc etc. Sometimes businesses lose their "identity", whereas in England there are still figureheads who are associated with particular companies, ones that they have initiated their start. This is the same thing but very much in a smaller mould.

So primarily, the Horseshoe name is used as my trademark
